Shipping Rates We offer flat rate shipping of $14.99 per item for most items shipped to destinations in the United States. Free in-store pickup is also available. Flat rate shipping prices for other items are listed below. Price is per item.

Our promise to you: Customer satisfaction is our number one priority so if you are unhappy in anyway with your order, let us know within three days of receipt and we will do our absolute best to make it right. While we strive to provide excellent customer service, we cannot be responsible for any delivery when given an incorrect address, if the recipient is not home or fails to respond to a deliver notice.

Our shipping season: Our season begins in November and continues through April. No shipments are made until the fruit is fully ripe! Fruit is packed and shipped on the same day to ensure fresh arrival. |
Deliveries: Our packages are shipped by UPS. Delivery dates are approximate. Normal delivery is 5-10 buisness days from date of shipment. NO CITRUS can be shipped to Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii or Texas due to agricultural restrictions. We no longer able to ship to Canada.

Holiday Deadlines: Christmas orders must be recieved on or before December 12, 2025. Western states must order by December 5, 2025 |
Item Substitutions: On rare occasions, we may need to sustitute items in your order due to limited availability or shipping delays. Rest assured that the substitution will be as similar as possible and of equal or greater value. |
Citrus Substitutions: While we specialize in providing Florida’s finest citrus, on rare occasions, we may need to substitute our citrus with imported citrus due to limited availability and unpredictable seasonal changes. |
How We Ship: All of our fruit is carefully hand-packed in special trays to assure safe arrival. The number of pieces and the exact weight of your order may vary, based on the variety of fruit and the size of individual pieces. Your order is packed and shipped on the same day to ensure freshness. Shipments may be delayed due to inclement weather.
